Резюме: Европа навлезе в нов исторически предел, в който сигурността ѝ вече не се гради единствено върху съюзни договори и дипломатически уверения, а върху способността ѝ да устои на нарастващи хибридни влияния и технологическа зависимост. Днес на континента действат сили, които не се вписват в традиционната рамка на международния ред — частни армии, глобални корпорации и невидими мрежи за информационно въздействие, които променят природата на властта, войната и стабилността. Макар да е част от най-мощните политически и отбранителни съюзи – ЕС и НАТО – Европа усеща тежестта на новата геополитическа епоха, белязана от фрагментация, конкуриращи се центрове на влияние и борба за технологично надмощие.
В този сложен, многопластов и често незрим сблъсък малките държави заемат особено място. България, исторически пазител на кръстопътя между Изтока и Запада, изпитва в пълна сила въздействието на хибридните операции, които целят не да разрушат граници, а да разколебаят дух, доверие и национална устойчивост. Затова задачата на нашата държава и на европейското семейство не е само да защитават територии, а да укрепват своята информационна независимост, технологична самостоятелност и стратегическо самочувствие. Само така Европа може да остане свободна, единна и способна да отстоява своето място в света, а България — достойна и равноправна част от нея, в служба на бъдещето и сигурността на своите граждани.

Abstract: Europe has entered a new historical threshold, where its security is no longer sustained solely by allied treaties and diplomatic assurances, but by its ability to withstand intensifying hybrid influences and deepening technological dependence. Today, forces operate across the continent that do not fit the traditional framework of international order—private military entities, global corporations, and invisible networks of informational penetration, all reshaping the nature of power, conflict, and stability. Although a member of the most powerful political and defense alliances—NATO and the European Union—Europe now feels the weight of a geopolitical era marked by fragmentation, competing spheres of influence, and a persistent struggle for technological supremacy.
Within this complex and often unseen contest, small nations occupy a position of unmistakable significance. Bulgaria, a historical guardian of the crossroads between East and West, experiences in full the pressure of hybrid operations aimed not at breaking borders, but at eroding conviction, trust, and national resilience. Thus, the task before our state and the European community is not merely to protect territory, but to fortify informational sovereignty, technological capability, and strategic confidence. Only in this way can Europe remain free, united, and capable of defending its place in the world—and Bulgaria, dignified and sovereign, uphold its role as a committed and honorable contributor to the security of its citizens and the future of our collective European home.
