Abstract: The study aimed to identify the role of crisis management stages in the Jordanian national security at the Jordanian National Center for crisis management, and also aimed to identify the effectiveness of government measures taken during the crisis in all sectors related to this study, based on the descriptive approach in presenting the topic in addition to the standard curriculum in the applied aspect, and data collection. To achieve the objectives of the study, we distributed questionnaires to a sample of 40 employees within the National Crisis Management Center in Jordan, and the spss statistical analysis program was used to test the study hypotheses, and the study reached a number of results, including: that there is a statistical impact of the stages of crisis management on Jordanian national security, The study came to several conclusions: There is a statistically significant effect at the level (α ≤ 0.05) of government measures with their dimensions (health measures, Information measures, security measures, political measures, economic measures)on the crisis of coronavirus crisis management from the point of view of the national crisis and Crisis Management Center، The experience of the Jordanian government in crisis management as a result of the human flows resulting from the wars in the surrounding countries (Serya, Iraq, Palestine) Helped to gain government skills in crisis management and emergency preparedness in all sectors related to research Jordan received international thanks from the World Health Organization also the study recommends that Harnessing the capabilities of the Jordanian government when needed and uniting the efforts of relevant institutions in order to reach optimal solutions, procedures and programs in dealing with crises.
