Резюме: Настоящата статия разглежда взаимодействието между културно-историческия код, психоисторическата война и изкуствения интелект. Фокусът е върху това по какъв начин културните и историческите предпоставки формират създаването и развитието на технологиите, архитектурата и приложението на изкуствения интелект във въоръжените сили и спецификите на информационните операции, насочени към „препрограмиране“ на вражеския или собствения културен код. Разглеждат се също възможностите за „алгоритмизация“ на културно-историческия код, ролята на изкуствения интелект в психоисторическата война и евентуалните способи за разгадаване на архитектурата на военните системи с изкуствен интелект.

RE-ARMAMENT AND MILITARIZATION OF THE EUROPEAN UNION – WHAT TO DO?

Abstract: This article examines key issues that the European Union must address before undertaking a process of rearmament, restructuring its armed forces, establishing new and reviving old enterprises within the military-industrial complex, rebuilding its officer corps, military-medical support systems, and more.
These are questions that require precise and honest analysis – without which the European Union will remain unclear not only about its own identity but also about its potential adversaries. The central issue is the Union’s vision for its future. Other fundamental questions concern the development of societal motivation to fight for that future, the restoration of competition and freedom of ideas as Europe’s core advantage over the rest of the world, the recognition and understanding of the ongoing revolution in the art of warfare, the nature of allied relations and the credibility of commitments, the role of the military in society, and the prevention of hybrid operations conducted through the armed forces.
Sincere, well-intentioned, and professional answers to these questions may form the foundation on which a successful and coherent Common European Defense Policy can be built.
