Abstract: This study aimed to identify the impact of strategic agility in its combined dimensions (strategic sensitivity, Fluidity of resources, collective commitment and technology) in crisis management in its combined dimensions (early warning signals, preparedness and Prevention, damage containment, recovery activity, learning) at Jerash private university, Jordan, in the northern province. In this study, the descriptive analytical method and inferential statistics were adopted, the researcher (Faisal Al-Abdallat) developed a questionnaire after studying a number of similar articles consisting of (45) paragraphs (169) questionnaires were distributed to the members of the study community at Jerash private university, The study community consisted of senior staff in the senior and middle management, represented by the president, vice president, Dean, deputy dean, assistant dean, head of the Department, director of a department at the University. the number of questionnaires retrieved (109) questionnaires valid for analysis amounted to (64.449) from the study community. The study data were analyzed using the statistical analysis program (SPSS(v20). The study reached a set of results, the most prominent of which is that there is a positive impact between the independent variable strategic agility with its dimensions (strategic sensitivity, Fluidity of resources, collective commitment to technology combined on the dependent variable crisis management with its dimensions (early warning signals preparedness, prevention damage containment, recovery of learning activity), where the relative importance of the independent variable strategic agility was high, with an overall arithmetic mean (3.5). After “technology”, it came in first place with an arithmetic average of (3.6) and high relative importance, and the relative importance of the dependent variable came on average, if the overall average was (3.31).
