Резюме: Настоящият доклад разглежда дългосрочните последици от постконфликтното възстановяване с акцент върху конфликта в Украйна. Анализира се влиянието на посттравматичния стрес върху участниците във военните действия, техните семейства и обществото като цяло. Прогнозират се социално-икономическите и криминогенните рискове, които възникват след края на военните действия, както и предизвикателствата пред държавните институции.

Abstract: This paper examines the long-term consequences of post-conflict recovery, with a particular focus on the conflict in Ukraine. It analyzes the impact of post-traumatic stress on individuals involved in military operations, as well as on their families and society as a whole. The study further forecasts the socio-economic and criminogenic risks emerging in the aftermath of armed conflict, along with the challenges faced by state institutions in addressing these issues.
