Abstract: The study aimed to examine and test the relationship between Strategic Planning and job performance in a new environment. That was done in ABDALLA ALABDALLAT Company for construction and housing in this year 2025, which describes the reality of strategic planning in the company, where the community of professional workers specialized in construction and administrators in the company, from the three administrative levels ( upper, middle and lower), where a special questionnaire was created for the study that was distributed to 148 employees, a random sample of employees and 91 questionnaires were recovered valid for statistical analysis.
The study found that the study sample supports to a good degree the existence of strategic planning dimensions in the company in different proportions, the sample of the study supports the existence of a high level of job performance in ABDULLAH Al-ALABDALLAT for construction and housing, as well as the presence of a statistically significant impact of strategic planning in its five dimensions on job performance in the company, while the effects of these dimensions are arranged according to the correlation coefficients and identification from the most influential to the least influential.
The study recommended the need to adopt modern information and communication technology systems that help provide sufficient data as inputs to the strategic planning process and work to make strategic planning part of the organizational culture of the company, meanwhile the need to coordinate with companies working in the same field or in areas close to it to exchange experiences and experiences with them, Training the senior management levels in the company to develop the talent of predicting the future, arranging strategic goals according to the importance and priority that the company may be able to achieve. This study implies that Strategic planning enhances organizational performance, which in the long run has an impact on its survival as strategic planning intensity is determined by managerial, environmental, and organizational factors.
